Well I am such a slacker. I really need to get my butt off facebook and start blogging more…lol… I have added Nails to my venue. I am now enrolled in Nail Technology at HCC and I am loving it. When I have more time I will post my progress. Love you all…

Today I cleaned, but not the new craft room..lol but I did learn a new stitch. It’s called the Crocodile Scale Stitch.

My hopes and plans for tomorrow are very simple… HAHA Work on the craft room, and try my best to do a little oil painting. Robbie from Preston Interiors & Decor wants me to try my hand at abstract art. I have never did that sort of painting, and as simple as it looks it is very intimidating to me. Urgh. If I am able to paint tomorrow I will post pics, and as I work on the Art/Craft room I will post before/during/after pics.

I think I am going to retire the name midnightgraphx. I want this site to be more artsy and crafty and I don’t think that name suits what I want to accomplish. So for the time being, I am going to be thinking of a catchy name, maybe even witty… Haha…

I am so torn these past few years, I don’t understand why I cant get my crap together and create something. I hope that in the near future, like in a few weeks to get my crap together and get something going on this website… Grrrr…. I have an idea for a design and hopefully I can get it going. I have 2 projects for people that I am supposed to be doing, and I have no muse or creativity in my bones right now. What the heck am I to do…. I guess if I were to quit playing on that darn Facebook, I would get alot done…lol..

Well today was a usual day at work, I worked my big ole booty off…. Then at 5:00 pm I did something I thought I would never do in my lifetime… I did an interview with my local paper. The Mountaineer…. She did an interview about me and my art. I was so nervous and I know I sounded stupid, but I did it. I made it through the whole interview and I even let her take a picture of me.. That was very uncomfortable, but I did it. I over came a fear and I did it…
She said that it will be in the newspaper Wednesday November 10, 2010 and I am going to be a nervous wreck until then…lol.. I hope that it turns out ok, I will post a scan of the article…
